About this card

Made for allotment holders and kitchen gardeners. Rows of rainbow chard, cabbages and ripening tomatoes lead down a path towards a little shed and greenhouse, while a robin keeps an eye on things from the fence post. The bold linocut-style lines, deep greens and glowing yellow sky give it a handmade, printmaker’s feel.

It makes a great birthday or thank you card for a keen grower, a retirement card for someone about to spend more time on the plot, or a welcome to a new allotment neighbour. Fittingly, the card can be planted too: it’s made from seed paper that grows UK native wildflowers.
